Cancer-Fighting Juice

recipes Apr 20, 2021

Make one big batch of 64 ounces of juice to last throughout the day. Consume as 8-ounce servings, every hour. The recipe below would be multiplied by 8.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 carrots
  • 3 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 of a Beet (root and top)
  • ¼ head purple or green cabbage OR broccoli
  • Ginger slice (size of a quarter)
  • ½ lemon or lime
  • 1 green apple
  • Turmeric root (2-inch piece)

Optional: Add the following vegetables if desired: broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, peppers, cucumber

Optional: Add the additional ingredients to further increase nutritional value:

  • 1 scoop green powder
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon amla powder
  • ¼ to 1 tsp moringa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder
  • 2 to 6 ounces aloe vera gel (brand: Stockton)

Note: Don’t juice leafy green vegetables like spinach and kale because they just aren’t very juicy. Blend leafy greens up in a smoothie instead so you don’t waste any.

INSTRUCTIONS: Clean all veggies and peel your beets and lemon. Juice away!
