
Supercharged Mango-Avocado Toast

- 2 avocados
- 1 clove raw garlic
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 1 tbsp green onion
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 purple cabbage
- 1/3 cup kale
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 radishes
- Pea shoots
- 1/4 yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup edamame
- Sea salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Serve on wholegrain toast, in a wrap, or use it to top a rice bowl or salad.
