How dramatically can diet and lifestyle changes affect breast cancer risk?

Researchers followed 30,000 women for seven years with no history of breast cancer. Achieving just THREE of the ten American Institute for Cancer Research recommendations was associated with a 62% lower risk of breast cancer.

The recommendations: limiting alcohol, eating mostly plant foods, and maintaining a normal body weight.
